ORDERING AWARDS
Corporate Mileage Minimum - hereinafter CMM - minimum value of miles company has to earn within the period of one year.
A member company – Corporate Elite card holder - may redeem its miles and order awards as soon as its mileage account has reached the CMM for the first year of its membership.
A member company – Corporate Premium card holder - may redeem its miles and order awards as soon as its mileage account has reached the enough for award amount of miles.
You may redeem miles and order awards as soon as your company’s mileage account has reached the balance required for the award concerned.
| Award flights are available for scheduled flights operated by AeroSvit or by a Meridian partner airline. |
| The mileage redemption takes place at the moment of authorization of the award. |
| Ticketing must be processed within 72 hours after the reservation was made, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. |
| Once the award ticket issued it will be the subject for any applicable penalties in case of rebooking or rerouting if permitted. |
| Awards may be ordered from Meridian, stating the Meridian Corporate Style account number and PIN. The order must be placed either by telephone or online at least 5 working days prior to use of the award. Advance booking deadlines may vary due to local circumstances and can be queried by contacting the Meridian Service Center in advance. |
| You can also inquire award ticket on-line, filling a request, and our agent will process and will answer upon your request during 72 hours. |
| All additional costs such as taxes (e.g. airport taxes, security fees), surcharges (e.g. insurance surcharges) and service charges (e.g. rebooking fees) associated with the issue or use of an award shall be borne by the member. |
