To ensure miles are credited to your account in a timely manner, we kindly ask you to observe a few simple rules and our personnel will take care of the rest.

Always quote your Meridian frequent flyer number when booking a flight or purchasing tickets, during check-in for flight and when using Partner Companies services;

In case you have forgotten your Meridian card just mention your Meridian frequent flyer number, and we will record it in the system;

We kindly recommend you to keep a copies of your passenger’s receipts and boarding passes for each segment flown or their copies after each flight.

If you are a holder of a card with expired period of validity, please contact Meridian Service Centre.

Agents on check-in for AeroSvit and Meridian partner airlines flights has the right to extract an invalid card.
